Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept any items for return. Once an item is shipped it is the responsiblity of the postal service. I will ensure that your items are packed safely and correctly. During times of extreme heat and cold order shipments can be delayed. I don't anticipate delays, but someone from SheAyurvedics customer service area will keep you well informed of specific shipping dates if an event of such occurs.
